August 3, 2015 at 8:30 amGreat video review, Nikki! I use Laura Mercier Powder Foundation and apply with an LM angled kabuki brush, which I find a bit big for me. Do you have a favorite brush for applying powder foundation? Thanks!

August 4, 2015 at 2:00 pmThanks! I don’t actually use powder foundation because for whatever reason it really disagrees with my skin. However, I do use the Hakuhodo G543 for liquid foundation, even though it’s meant for powder. It’s really dense and soft, almost more like a powder puff. Gaia from the Non-Blonde did a review of the Tarte Airbuki brush earlier this year. Apparently it’s very similar to the G543 and works really well with powder foundations (Laura Mercier is one of the ones she mentions).
