Weekend Reading #25

Remember last week when I mentioned the new Tom Ford foundation? Well it’s already out, and the Beauty Look Book has swatches of each shade. I’m looking forward to the detailed review.

Also new – Makeup4All has shared info on another option for a nude matte eyeshadow palette from Becca. I love the idea of it, but it looks like it may pull fairly warm, so I’ll be really interested to see what the swatches look like.

It’s been a little bit since the new Wayne Goss brush collections were released, and for the next couple weeks Sweet Makeup Temptations has a giveaway for all three sets – plus reviews of them.

Another brush line I’ve been wanting to check out for a while is Zoeva, but I’ve held off because shipping is pretty expensive and honestly, do I need any more brushes? Bisous Darling has a review of a few of them up, and it looks like I may have to try them at some point.

Also to try – Charlotte Tilbury lip liners. I don’t use lip liners very often, but this one looks great on Amelia Liana. I’ve been wanting to try some out, especially as I start wearing darker lipsticks in the fall. I also read a rumor (in the Sweet Makeup Temptations post above) that Charlotte Tilbury is going to be available from Beautylish starting next month!

One more thing that caught my eye – the sneak peek of the Maje fall collection from Because I’m Addicted. It’s not really a brand I’ve seen much before, but wow, that leather jacket! My old one is starting to look just a little too ‘broken in’ so I’m always on the lookout for a new one.
