New Stuff: Paula’s Choice Nude Mattes Palette

Well, well, well. A question I see a lot on beauty forums is from people who are wanting an eyeshadow palette with a good selection of matte neutral shades that will work on all skintones. Until now I had nothing to offer, but Paula’s Choice has just come out with an all-neutral palette that includes 11 matte shades and one highlight color. Each shade is .05oz/1.4g (same as the Urban Decay Naked palettes) and it includes a brush. At $40, that seems like a pretty good deal if you ask me! And just fyi, ebates has 5% back from Paula’s Choice right now. Paula’s Choice products are cruelty-free. Update: I’ve just noticed the product page says it’s limited edition, so be aware of that if you’re debating on it.

I have to say I’m really excited about this, because sometimes you just wanna go natural and sometimes shimmers just emphasize all the wrong things (allergy season is almost here, just sayin’). I’ve never tried Paula’s Choice makeup before, but that didn’t stop me from ordering it as soon as I heard it was available! It’s in the soft launch phase right now so it’s not listed on the website, but you can get it here. Naturally I’ll be getting a review up as soon as I can.
